If your hair bundles or fronytals suffer from any abnormal shedding, tangling or matting after installation, we will exchange the product for you free of charge.

- The hair must be maintained accoording to our "Hair Care Tips"
3. Ineligible Items:

- The bundles with weft been cut.
Cutting weft will destroy the weft construction, which will give your hair weaves a great chance of excessively shedding.

- The products with hair been colored
As genuine virgin hair, our hair takes color very well as long as you do it right.
As we know coloring hurts hair more or less. If there is an issue occurred after coloring, it is hard to tell if it was caused by the hair itself or improper coloring, like unskilled process or wrong color material, so I am afraid we are not able to offer warranty for the hair which been colored.
In this case, we recommend you to take several strands of hair out and do a coloring test before your officially do it. So you could know how hair performs and still have your hair covered by the warranty.
