AFTER INSTALLATION WARRANTY

Most hair sellers have an "All Sales Final" policy. Unlike them, we offer an "AFTER-INSTALLATION WARRANTY".

To ensure that you will get high-quality virgin hair products from us, we offer an After-Installation Warranty If your LCLHC products suffer from any abnormal shedding, tangling or matting after installation, we will exchange the product for you free of charge. 1. Warranty Period: 30 days 2. Eligible Items:


    • The hair must be installed professionally.

    • The hair must be maintained according to our "Hair Care Tips"


3. Ineligible Items:


    • The bundles with weft been cut.


Cutting weft will destroy the weft's construction, which will cause shedding.


    • Bundles that has been colored


As genuine virgin hair, our hair takes color very well as long as you do it right. But as we know, coloring hurts hair more or less. If there is an issue after coloring, it is hard to tell if it was caused by the hair or improper coloring. l so I am afraid we are not able to offer warranty for the hair that has been colored. We recommend you to take several strands of hair out and do a coloring test before your officially do it. So you could know how hair performs and still have your hair covered by the warranty. 4. Please contact us with the email associated with your PayPal account and provide us:


    • Your order number.

    • A clear picture of the receipt of your professional installation.

    • Clear videos about the hair problem.


If we verify and agree that the product is defective in any way, we will then exchange the product. If you select a product in exchange of greater value, you will be responsible for paying the additional cost of the item. And we will cover the cost of shipping the new items back to you.
